drawn and quartered

so, after almost 10 months of grueling work, endless papers, noisy kids and soggy tissues, the end is in sight! 4 more days and we're free!!!! har! har! har!

our practices for the culminating activity are well under way. the kids know all their lines and where they will stay. their positions on stage are already marked out, their clothes ironed and their food ordered already. all that is needed is for them to BEHAVE during the day itself and not be shy in front of an audience.

unfortunately, most of them haven't seen 300 adults congregated together in 1 place. our experience is that when they step out on stage for the first time, they are usually dazed and confused and they end up forgetting what they're supposed to do. GOD HELP US!

it will take a miracle for them to pull themselves together and dance after that...

oh well. we can still get away with it, 'coz they can still be charming, even when they're scared!
